We came early on a Saturday morning during peak Farmer's Market season - we were lucky we got there around 8:30 am because when we left about an hour later, the line was around the block! Liberty Market was worth the wait though, I'm sure! We had a fabulous meal. I had the veggie scramble with a biscuit and jam. It was wonderful! The star of the show was that biscuit and jam combination! Wow! My mom and daughter split the pancake stack and really enjoyed their food. Lovely restaurant and fast and friendly service!

3/25/25 We are back! Food 5/5 Quick bites before our show. We ordered Minestrone Bowl and two Burrata starters. Service 5/5 Always great service here and Kate did not disappoint! Ambiance 5/5 Fun and relaxing atmosphere. $57.41 before tip.

It's actually pronounced Biberty Market. I feel like there's so much potential for those Liberty (Biberty) Mutual commercials, especially the ones with LIMU emu and Doug. Yet they haven't reached a level of memorability as Geico or Progressive commercials. Oh well. 5 stars

Okay but let's talk about the BREAD. Idk what they put in it but it was perfect. The butter spread was also divine! I don't like to put too much for everyday use, but I would've paid $10 for a stick of that, it was that good. The bread was too good, it made everything else taste not so much. Or maybe I was just so full that the pizza overdid everything. The service was lovely. My sister in law wanted to order something but they were out of it and the waiter made some jokes and was super funny. I'm sad I can't remember his name. He was also super sweet to my nephew! It was dinner and it was a bunch of low lighting for some nice ambience but like a ton of low lighting where it was medium. If that makes sense. Have gone before and will come back in the future! Maybe breakfast next time. Ps their renovation is soooo pretty now!

I had a friend visiting and decided to bring her here for lunch. We kicked things off with Luigi's espresso martinis, which were absolutely perfect--exactly how I like them. We shared the Burrata, and it was amazing--so fresh and bursting with flavor. For our main dish, we split the chicken sandwich, and it was incredibly tasty! The service was outstanding, and we both had such an enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back!

I can't believe in have lived in the Valley for over 10 years and not made it here prior. I actually really liked this place . They made one of the best old fashions I have ever had . The expression martini was ok but still drinkable. My husband and I both had the braised short ribs it was delicious.

Liberty Market has been on my list of places to try for over 3 years. I used to live very close to downtown Gilbert but once I moved to Tempe, it fell off my radar. Thankfully, I went to visit my old roommate and fellow Yelper, Derek Y, who still lives near there and we decided to visit liberty market-- excellent decision. The interior of the restaurant is very open with high ceilings & exposed beams. The decor is very cute and understated. We arrived around 11am on a Saturday, which is a very busy time in that area. I was starving and hoping it wouldn't be too busy. It kinda was. So we put our name on the waiting list and asked for first available. We were told it could be 30 minutes, so the hostess said that the bar area is first come, first serve. We hovered around the bar area ready to swoop in. We probably waited less than 10 mins and grabbed a couple bar seats as they opened up. From the moment we sat down, it was all good from there. Our server was attentive, friendly, and just a pleasure to chat with. We ended up splitting the White Pizza and a huge cinnamon roll. Both were very good. I'm glad we decided to share, otherwise it would have been too much food. The portions are nicely sized here. I looked at the plates of other diners and everything I saw looked great. I would like to come back and get breakfast. Hopefully it'll be sooner than another 3 years. Great place!
